Are you struggling to make it to classes as often as you would like?
To get the most out of yoga and all of its benefits, ideally we are doing something everyday. By that, I dont mean you have to do an hour each day, but getting your body moving with focused breathing is vital for vibrant health!
Our body needs to be moved, ideally first thing after drinking some warm water getting Prana flowing so energy doesnt stagnate.
With this in mind, I now offer Yoga online, with sequences varying in length (10-30 mins) and ability.
One of my goals is to get more of my clients doing their yoga, conscious breathing, meditation/mindfulness everyday! The results are far more than we can imagine. If you do some gentle rotations of the joints, or a few rounds of Sun Salutations everyday imagine how will you feel into your 60’s, 70’s and 80’s!
