Are you wanting to feel better (maybe even amazing) in your body & mind?

I work one on one or in small groups with clients to help them achieve vibrant health & wellbeing.  I believe in an integrated approach to health  and like to address all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual as I believe true health potential is when we can look into all these areas of ourselves.

With commitment from a client, I build a lifestyle plan forward which can include; yoga/movement, breathwork, plant based diet recommendations, exercise, meditation, changing mindset with guided audio meditations/visualisations and Heart Math.

In this session, we will discuss any health issues and wellness goals. We look at where you are and where you want to be.

Group health coaching

I work with couples, small groups for 4-8 week blocks for maximum benefits and lifestyle changes.

I run a 8 week Vibrant Health & Wellbeing course twice per year.  My next  course  begins September 2021.  Online or in studio options.
