Health/Nutrition coaching

I offer personalized nutrition & health coaching to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I specialize in nutrition for fat loss, and body re-composition, women over 40 (peri/menopause) and plant based nutrition.  Plans and coaching to support hormone health, gut health and your specific body type.

You’ll receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond simply providing a meal plan. My comprehensive programs span from  a minimum of 4-12+ weeks, during which we focus on changing your eating behaviours and habits.

My mission is to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success. Whether your goal is shedding excess weight, balancing hormones, or developing a better relationship with healthy habits and routines, my goal is to create a plan that gets results and is sustainable long term.

I offer personalized Yoga and Movement coaching, including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Whether you have specific goals, injuries, aches & pains, or are looking to enhance your performance in sports and activities, I’m  here to support you in reaching your full potential.

I believe in a holistic approach to movement, combining the principles of Yoga and the science of FRC to help you cultivate body awareness, enhance mobility, and develop functional strength.  My goal is to empower you to move with confidence and ease, both on and off the mat.

Breathwork Coaching

I offer personalized one-on-one breathwork coaching services, in person or online.

By incorporating the principles of Oxygen Advantage and Pranayama, I will help you optimize your breathing patterns, increase your oxygen intake, and boost your lung capacity. These techniques have been proven to enhance athletic performance, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality and focus, and promote overall vitality.

Our one-on-one coaching sessions are personalized to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to improve endurance and recovery, seeking relief from respiratory issues, or simply wanting to enhance your daily life through the power of breath, I will provide you with the tools and guidance you need.
