Coaching

Are you wanting to feel better (maybe even amazing) in your body & mind?

I work one on one or in small groups with clients to help them achieve vibrant health & wellbeing.  We work on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual as I believe true health potential is when we can look into all these areas of ourselves.

I have recently trained in Iridology & Sclerology with Tyler Tolman (Heal Thyself Academy) and I am continuing my training through 2021 to become a Tolman Health coach.

With commitment from a client, I build a plan forward which can include; yoga, breathwork, eating recommendations, exercise, meditation, changing mindset with guided audio meditations/visualisations.

First consultation  $120

Follow Ups              $100

3 consultations      $250

Health package      $1000 (3 mths weekly/bi-weekly support)

**All consults include full lifestyle recommendation plans, and may include Yoga, breathwork, exercise, eating recommndations, meditations etc

In this session, we will discuss any health issues and wellness goals. We look at where you are and where you want to be.

Group health coaching

I work with couples, small groups for 4-8 week blocks for maximum benefits and lifestyle changes.

I run a 8 week Vibrant Healt & Wellbeing course 3 x per year.  My next  course  begins mid Feb 2021.  Online or in studio options.
