I specialize in nutrition for fat loss, and body re-composition, women over 40 (peri/menopause) and plant based nutrition. Plans and coaching to support hormone health, gut health and your specific body type.
You’ll receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I believe in a holistic approach that goes beyond simply providing a meal plan. My comprehensive programs span from a minimum of 4-12+ weeks, during which we focus on changing your eating behaviours and habits.
