This 8 week course include the philosophies of Yoga and Ayurveda, Louise Hay, ancient eating principles and habit change principles. We will work through 10 habits which are designed to promote vibrant health and a balanced body and mind. The daily habits and practices are simple and powerful ways to take charge of your health. Its also about taking small steps if needed in the right direction. I am here to support you through this, and a group dynamic can hold a great space for transformation!
