25 Jan Change happens from the inside out…
One area (or habit) we learn more about in the Thrive! 8 week course is how we are constantly talking to our body (our cells)…..
Our current feelings and emotions support our current life. When we think a thought, it has an energy, a frequency. If we continue to think those similar thoughts over and over again we attach emotions to them. We then have feelings associated with those thoughts over and over.
That energy hits your cells (body structures / water) and you create a frequency that begins to re-shape your body from the inside out….This is transformation happening.
Every thought, every emotion you have is creating an energy in the body, (science is now beginning to recognise this). Then we start to create more of what we are feeling. For better or worse we are attracting more of what we focus on into our life.
If you want to make changes in your life, you do need to plant new thoughts, feelings and emotions to support this change….and initially change never feels comfortable! Sometime exciting, sometimes scary…but never comfortable. We do need to continue to go through this change before we can experience the next stage, which is when we begin to normalise the new way (first its exciting, joyful, elation) then it becomes our new normal.
This is different than just “positive thinking” we are not ignoring the reality of what is happening right now, this has been trained (through our past thoughts and feelings, actions). This is where “training” new thoughts comes in, practice and progression.
Transformation is going to feel uncomfortable for awhile as we are literally recalibrating everything in our body and mind….The opposite is also comfortable or our normal but also is where we often feel stuck, and really its not so comfortable at all.
