Classes

Yoga can be beneficial for everyone and all classes are open to all levels of experience.

All classes are now held at the Warkworth Yoga Studio, 3 Elizabeth St, Warkworth (opposite the old court house).

IMPORTANT: The timetable will vary during school holidays, please contact me for updates.

Prices

  • $40 – for first 3 classes
  • $16 – casual class
  • $70 – 5 class concession
  • $135 – 10 class concession

All classes involve  asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation or meditation.

Yoga can enhance and make everyday life more enjoyable, whether your goals are to touch your toes, bend over and put on your shoes more easily or just feel more peaceful everyday – yoga can help! (see below for more benefits on yoga)

You’ll find my Yoga classes invigorating and relaxing to body and mind, my role is to help you see and feel the ongoing benefits of a regular practice.
